8AM – HEALTHY BREAKFAST SERVED IN THE RESTAURANT
9AM – MORNING TRAINING SESSION
THIS MAY INCLUDE CARDIO, HIT WORKOUT, YOGA, KICKBOXING CIRCUIT, BOXING CIRCUIT, GYM TRAINING ETC. (PRIOR TO YOUR WEEK YOU WILL FILL OUT A QUESTIONNAIRE SO WE CAN DESIGN THE PERFECT WORKOUT PLAN FOR YOUR GROUPS NEEDS.)

12.30PM – DELICIOUS LUNCH PREPARED BY OUR CHEFS
2PM – 4PM
CHOOSE BETWEEN ANOTHER TRAINING SESSION OR AN OPTIONAL EMOTIONAL HEALING WORKSHOP. (EMOTIONAL HEALING WORKSHOPS RUN ON A TUESDAY AND THURSDAY AFTERNOON)
YOU CAN ALSO USE THIS TIME TO BOOK IN A MASSAGE OR SPA TREATMENT.
